Public housing projects might have limited funds, but that doesn’t mean they have to look cheap. Slovenian architecture firm Ofis Arhitekti built these Tetris style apartments in Ljubljana for the Slovenia Housing Fund last year. The firm was given limited funds, 4 stories, and less than 54,000 square feet to build on. Plus the land faced a super busy highway.
